I dest drove a green Mazda MPV 4x4 before I bought my car. Obviously I like my car much better, but I loved the MPV and I think it would make the perfect college car for me if I wind up in a college that gets snow.

I remember driving one of those. It was like driving some import from a country that hadn’t figured out quite how to make safe cars yet. Tall, tippy, noisy and slow. Neat concept though.

I wanted one to lift, and install AT tires on it.

But most of them have rusted away around here, so I could thank the rust belt for that.

I have so many good and bad memories of the 4WD Mazda MPV.

I know there is one in the world with a VG30DETT under the hood. That just sounds delicious to me...

You could option that with 4WD, a V6, a manual, and locking diffs. There are probably none out there configured as such but it was possible.
